Current state where are we now and what does it look like here.

Our consultants liaise from top down and bottom up with executives, stake holders, managers, project leads, developers, end-users and employees to gain their perspective on the change project and what communications resources they require to fulfill their contribution to the overall change project.

We become one with your organisation to conduct a vigilant due diligence program to decipher all aspects of the change project. We gather knowledge; study the project plan, key milestones, project outcomes and outputs, critical path and deployment timeline.

As part of the learning exercise, we facilitate a comprehensive audit on existing internal/external change and organisational communication activities; dissemination channels; audience groups, carriage/mediums, tone, narrative and the frequency of any communications that have been distributed about the change program to date.

Future state where are we going and what will it look like there.

Once all of this information and analysis is compiled, we map the project milestones, processes and business dependencies, evaluate the organisation in its entirety; and each of its separate components to identify any risks, impacts and effects to the organisation that may require a more strategic communications or mitigation approach.

We scope and map change communications deliverables against each project milestone and schedule the delivery of the communications activity to the project timeline. Our consultants then set about designing an integrated change communications model, underpinning communications strategy, process and practice framework, implementation timeline and facilitation plan.
