We are a niche, Canberra based consultancy who works with big business to develop strategies on how to compose and deliver complex, integrated and tactical internal and external communications.
Change Communications demonstrates over 20 years experience in high-end media, communications, advertising and organisational change and stakeholder engagement programs for the Corporate, Commercial and Government sectors.
We invest time in liaising with a range of business areas, managers, employees and stake holders to gain a holistic understanding of the complexities, expectations, impacts and risks of the change communications process.
Strategy – compile all change components into a communications strategy that manages and monitors the delivery of the change story.
Craft – key messages to communicate all aspects of change to employees and stake holders and manage the frequency of delivery of the communications.
Inform – compile change elements into one story, one narrative to communicate ‘change’ to employees and stake holders chapter by chapter.
Engage – all audience groups in the change project communications, choosing suitable channels to deliver messages, measuring responses.
